Return & Refund Policy 

At Shiralee Organic Meats, we take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of our perishable products. As such, we are unable to accept returns due to the perishable nature of our items. However, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and will address any issues with your order promptly.

Quality Concerns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Shiralee Organic Meats fresh meat product for a valid reason, please contact us at orders@shiraleeorganicmeats.com.au within three (3) days of receiving the product. We will carefully review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement of the product, credit towards your next order, or a partial/full refund.

Documentation

As we are unable to physically access the product, we may request that you provide photos of the product label and any reported damage to assist us in our assessment.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery to the address provided at the time of order placement and shipment, as well as on the agreed-upon delivery date. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the delivery under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrectly entered address

  • Failure to update a change of address prior to the invoice date

  • Alteration of the address while in transit

  • Inability to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date without prior notification

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that you enter your shipping address carefully during checkout to avoid any errors. If you realise that the shipping address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately for correction. Any changes to the shipping address should be made prior to the invoice date through your account login.

Return of Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery, we will store your order and contact you to determine a suitable delivery date. However, if an order is delivered late due to an incorrect address or failure by the customer to retrieve it on the delivery date without prior notification, resulting in thawing or damage, a refund will not be provided.

Return/Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

You are responsible for any orders placed or charges that incur prior to the cancellation request. If the request for cancellation is made after your order has been invoiced, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund, and the delivery will proceed as scheduled.

Refund Policy for Stolen Goods

You are responsible for any orders placed, and upon delivery, the box becomes your responsibility for safe-keeping. We regret to inform you that we are unable to issue refunds for stolen goods, especially when detailed delivery notes haven't been provided to help prevent such occurrences."
