The 6800-acre property has been in the Carter family for four generations and for Matt and Mel its all about family – the future for their children: A clean sustainable, healthy farm producing what they want to eat – clean, sustainable, healthy food.For the last eighteen years, Matt and Mel have focused on regenerating the land and applying good natural resource management principles with the operation focused on organic beef and lamb production. They have been running chemical free since 2006 and have been fully certified organic since 2011 with Australian Certified Organic.

Shorthorn cattle are ‘The Breed that Built Australia’, and the Arnott family have operated a core breeding mob since 1958. Shorthorns are the most versatile and reliable breed in the country. This makes them the perfect animal to produce consistently high quality beef. They are fantastic mothers, superior producers of milk, with wonderful temperaments, and tremendous meat marbling characteristics.
Charlie Arnott award winning lamb is produced using Merino ewes and Dorset rams, a well known ‘fat lamb’ cross breed, and one that we have been using for 40+ years, whilst proudly utilising local Gooramma Stud Dorset rams.

Freeland PorkFrom the rich fertile soil in Kyabram VIC, Freeland Pork is a farrow-to-finish free range pig farm which prides itself in ethically raising its pigs and in engaging in sustainable farming practices. Its pigs are free to wallow and graze in a paddock/crop rotation. All pigs are fed a vegetarian-only grain mix and are free from hormones and meat meal.

Our weekly delivery of Free Range, Pasture Raised Eggs from The Egg Lady are delivered to us farm direct from farms practicing regenerative principles. These farmers use the chickens in rotational grazing paddocks to add valuable fertiliser, pest control and sterilisation of the grassland before being grazed by sheep and cattle in a symbiotic process that replicates the natural sequence of ruminant animals across a grassland.

Mirrabooka Farm

Certified Free Range by APIQ, Mirrabooka Pork is located at Mirrabooka Park, a property over 400 lush acres near the township of Lawrence in Northern NSW. Graham, Ross and Munns clan have set up their farm to care and nurture the pigs under their care. Mirrabooka’s porkies Hormone Free and Antibiotic Free. They raise our pigs in an environment that they have been used to for thousands of years – they can roam in large paddocks, play and rest in their wallows and root and graze as they wish.

Their farming practices always focuses on the welfare of our pigs, and it’s this care and attention that they believe comes out in the succulent, flavoursome and sweet tasting pork.
