We still take great care in choosing the right suppliers for all of our products instore, wholesale and online, making sure we provide the best of what is available in the market. Our meat is from quality suppliers and are guaranteed to use NO antibiotics, steroid or growth hormones.
We are proud to have been successfully judged as an award-winning sausage maker for over 15 years, in several categories and we have just recently won 10 awards in the Sydney Royal 2010 Fine Food Show for our sausages, home-cooked bacon and ham. David is only one in a handful of butchers that still makes their own smallgoods and we are also one of the only butchers now supplying a wide range of innovative meat products from ready-prepped easy cook meals to supplying meat for that special occasion. You will find our prices are very competitive and the quality of our produce is unsurpassed.
